Ron was fabulous! Arrived early and was extremely thorough. Spent almost 3 hours going room by room involving us in each step of the process. He was clearly knowledgeable and cared about providing the most comprehensive service possible, which was further illustrated by his 24 page report highlighting the various issues he showed us. The report included photos taken with arrows he inserted pointing to the problem areas and was emailed to us within a couple hours of the home inspection being concluded. He then followed up again a day later to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you are buying a house.
